Checkpoint Clock 2.2

The Richta Rally Checkpoint Clock is a specialized application designed to serve as a timing tool for checkpoints during Time-Speed-Distance (TSD) road rallies. It additionally functions as a reference time source for Class B or "Seat of the Pants" rally classifications.

Pressing the "Split" button captures the current time, which is then recorded in a scrollable log area situated at the bottom of the display. Optionally, the associated car number can be logged alongside each time entry. Users can review log entries by scrolling through the record history, and individual entries may be deleted as needed. The clock’s precision can be adjusted to record in seconds, tenths of a second, or hundredths of a minute (decimal minutes), providing flexibility based on rally requirements. An independent adjustment feature allows synchronization of the device's internal clock with an external time reference without altering the device’s system clock.

Note: The long-term accuracy of the clock, often referred to as drift, is dependent on the hardware’s inherent precision.
